This project was originally a landlords family home, over time had been divided into separate living areas and rental units.

Unfortunately most of the units and the main building were let go to ruin.

We encountered high levels of damp penetration from basement area right through to the roof.
This led to a complete restoration & refurbishment, historic coving & sash window detail carefully brought back to life & adding in a modern twist to kitchen & bathroom layouts.

This project was in tandem with the client a self design in one of the most sought after addresses in south Dublin.
